Welcome to My Faithful Heart

When our son was diagnosed with Stage 4 Testicular cancer in February 2002, our lives were forever changed.

I have created this website to share our family’s story as our only child battled cancer…, to share our story of faith and hope with others who have a family member or themselves are battling an illness…, to share the names of inspiring books of faith and prayer that I read as well as novenas and healing prayers I prayed during my son’s illness as well as the different ways I prayed.

On my website, I want to share with you My Heavenly Creations. I made my first one-decade rosary for my son Corey during his illness to bring him comfort and strength during his chemotherapy treatments. He carried it with him to hospital appointments for Cat Scans, x-rays, blood transfusions, and kept it at his side during his stem cell transplant. I prayed over his prayer beads with all the faith and hope I had inside of my heart that he would survive this cancer. This one-decade rosary I made to comfort him in turn brought comfort to me. I began making one-decade rosaries for family and friends, and others with cancer, and on the days I would wait hours for the Doctors to call with our son’s test results, I would sit on the floor…, string prayer beads…, and pray.

My hope is that this website gives you renewed faith in God and The Power of Prayer as you or loved one battles an illness. ALWAYS REMEMBER – God gave us the gift of Doctors and medicine to help us heal. Combine medicine with prayer, and you are well armed to battle against any illness. Each new day brings new hope. Fill you heart with hope and faith in God and pray. If it is God’s will…it will be done.
